Agents and Operating Model
Product Success
A way of organizing around the outcome a customer gets from a product rather than around the team that happens to touch them. Product success treats the teams that build the product and the teams that sell and grow it as one system.
In practice it means three things: start from the outcome, give the repeatable work to agents, and use the tools the customer already owns wherever they earn their place.
