About the Role

We are seeking a Solution Consultant to join our team and lead Pendo engagements focused on helping our clients achieve strategic alignment, governance, and measurable business outcomes with Pendo.

This role is centered on discovery, use case definition, operating model design, Pendo enablement, and enterprise analytics and data management. As a Solution Consultant, you will serve as an advisor to client stakeholders, guiding them on how Pendo supports product development, digital experience, customer success, and overall organizational maturity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in project kickoffs and lead strategy and requirements workshops that align desired business outcomes to Pendo capabilities
  • Identify and document key use cases and design enterprise-level data analytics and customer experience solutions, rollout strategy, and analytics standards
  • Depending on the project, provide hands-on solution configuration within Pendo products and related tools
  • Conduct enablement sessions and ensure clients can independently operate Pendo post-engagement
  • Provide weekly project status reporting to all stakeholders and keep project records updated for visibility and tracking
  • Consult clients on development of a Center of Excellence (CoE) for internal ongoing governance and best practice support
  • Lead executive outcomes reviews and, when called upon, support efforts to expand engagements with our clients

What You Bring

  • 5-7 years in enterprise software implementation projects
  • 2-4 years working with Pendo or similar product analytics / digital experience platforms
  • Proven ability to lead discovery and requirements gathering workshops
  • Strong understanding of product organizations, application portfolios, and operating models in complex enterprise environments
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Self-starter, customer first mentality, demonstrated follow-through, and ability to prioritize
  • Experience shaping delivery standards and best practices is a plus
  • Comfort contributing to thought leadership, marketing content, and external-facing professional discourse is a plus
  • Pendo certifications are a plus
