We're growing fast and looking for an exceptional Enterprise Engagement Manager to lead large-scale programs with precision, insight, and confidence.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Engagement Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of high-impact Pendo implementations, integrations, and product analytics engagements for enterprise clients. You'll serve as the primary orchestrator between clients, Pendo, internal delivery teams, and stakeholders — ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable progress across every phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Pendo-based analytics and user engagement projects for Fortune 2000 clients
- Own client communication and stakeholder management throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and change management processes
- Coordinate with solution architects, product analysts, technical leads, and other stakeholders to ensure client needs are met
- Track and report engagement status, risks, and outcomes to both internal and client executives
- Manage project budgets and align delivery performance with revenue and margin goals
- Continuously refine internal delivery processes and engagement frameworks
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to deepen client partnerships after the initial Balboa engagement is complete
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate large, matrixed client organizations
- Familiarity with product analytics, customer engagement, or digital experience platforms
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Strong grasp of change management principles in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing budgets and project financials, including tracking and estimating EAC and % completion as it relates to revenue recognition
- Experience with Pendo is a major plus
- PMP or similar certifications are a bonus, but not required
