Balboa's Pendo Center of Excellence Accelerator is an 8-week advisory engagement designed to guide your team in building, launching, or improving your Pendo CoE.
How It Works
Phase 1 · Week 1–2
Initiate
Assess current state, close governance gaps, and assemble the right team at the enterprise and application level.
Phase 2 · Week 3–4
Design & Build
Co-build governance, standards, and operating model through facilitated workshops. We bring the templates; you shape them to fit.
Phase 3 · Week 5–7
Pilot & Coach
Run one app team through the full CoE process. We shadow, give real-time feedback, and coach each role group until they're operating independently.
Phase 4 · Week 8
Transition
Hand off a self-service resource hub for future app teams, plus a scheduled post-engagement check-in.
